Beetween,
a French recruitment software company that raised €2 million from Inter Invest Capital in 2021 to accelerate its growth and support its development in France and internationally,
is now launching in Spain alongside Armonia.

Since its first acquisition, in France, with its competitor Talents’in, Beetween has had strong ambitions to become a European leader in the ATS market. The company’ s first target is Spain, followed by Belgium, Luxembourg and French-speaking Switzerland.

A strong need to digitalize the recruitment process in Spain

As part of its global internationalization strategy, Beetween has turned to the Spanish market, which represents a real opportunity for the French company. Indeed, this market has a strong demand for digitalization of recruitment processes and many candidates. In addition, the rate of companies that have digitized their recruiting is relatively low.

In addition, Beetween has a solid and long-lasting partnership with Cleverconnect, a publisher of digital solutions (sourcing, matching and qualification tools for candidates) and a specialist in talent acquisition, which is itself looking to the Spanish market. With the success of its partnership in France, Beetween wishes to continue its efforts and relationships beyond the borders.

As Christophe Dacre-Wright, President and co-founder of Beetween, explains: ” We are very excited about the launch of Beetween in Spain. The objective is to help Spanish companies thanks to the expertise of Beetween, already leader on its market in France “.

A launch in Spain with Armonia

The launch of Beetween in Spain also responds to a need of its customers, some of whom are already established in the country. This is the case of Armonia, a major player in Hospitality and Facility Management, which has trusted the Beetween solution, since 2019, to offer its candidates a homogeneous experience and facilitate the mission of its recruitment teams on a daily basis. Armonia has more than 4, 500 customers, 16,000 employees, and is present in 8 countries, including Spain. Every year, it recruits more than 14,000 employees, including 7,000 on fixed-term contracts for temporary assignments (events, temporary work, fixed-term contracts, etc.).

Our ambition is to strengthen our employer brand by offering our candidates a unified experience whatever the position they are looking for, both in France and in our international subsidiaries. Beetween took up the challenge and supported us in this first deployment outside France. This is a great success for us and we hope to continue!” explains Philippine de Reilhac, Marketing, Communication & Digital Director of the Group.
