Beetween strengthens with the acquisition of Talents’In and projects itself as European champion of digital recruitment
Beetween, the French company that publishes the eponymous recruitment software, is accelerating its development with the acquisition of Talents’In, one of its direct competitors on the ATS market. With this first external growth operation, Beetween strengthens its position on the French digital recruitment market and has a strong ambition: to become the European champion of digital recruitment.
Beetween, which raised €2 million from Inter Invest Capital last June to accelerate its growth and support its development in France and internationally, has just acquired the company Talents’In. This merger between two players in the highly competitive recruitment software sector is unprecedented and gives rise to a group of some fifty employees. The acquisition of Talents’ In, based in Marseille (13), will also enable Beetween to strengthen its national network with offices in Versailles (78) and Rennes (35) and to develop its portfolio of nearly 600 clients.
” Our market is booming, but we can already see the beginnings of a concentration phase. Our clients expect a solution that combines the best of what is currently available in digital recruitment, particularly in order to cope with changes in the job market. The combination of the talents, experience and technologies of our two companies will enable us to accelerate our development to better serve our clients ” Philippe de Rosnay, co-founder and CEO of Beetween.
Creation of an R& D centre to accelerate innovation
Now united under the banner of the Beetween group, the teams share a common ambition: to put innovation at the service of recruiters.
” Combining our strengths will enable us to innovate even further to offer our clients an enhanced recruitment experience, focused on people: increasing the attractiveness of employers, reducing the time it takes to identify and select the best talent, simplifying the recruitment process, etc. Faced with an ever-changing job market, these innovations will help optimise our clients’ recruitment performance. ” Christophe Dacre-Wright, co-founder and President of Beetween, adds.
Since its creation, Beetween’s mission has been to put the human element back at the heart of the recruitment process by offering intelligent “all-in-one” software that is functional, ergonomic and user-friendly. With the integration of all Talents’ In employees within the group, Beetween’s desire to innovate and respond to the needs of recruiters will materialise through the creation of an R&D centre made up of talent from both companies. The objective is to accelerate the development of innovations and become the market leader in this field.
Strong development ambitions in France and Europe
The ambition of the new group is to become the French champion of digital recruitment and to accelerate its development in Europe. This will involve the opening of several markets by 2022/23. Beetween also intends to pursue its external growth strategy in order to confirm its position as a key player in digital recruitment in France.
” I’m excited to help build a recruitment software champion. At Talents’In, in 5 years we have developed partnerships with nearly 120 clients in France and more recently in Europe, partnerships that we will be able to strengthen by bringing even more value in the months and years to come ” Cédric Robin, founder and CEO of Talents’In, who joins Beetween as Partner and VP Sales, is delighted.
