A manual application management
Before installing the ATS Beetween software, Skayl operated in an “old-fashioned” way, with each recruitment manager managing his or her own files. Objective no. 1 was to centralize applications, so as to simplify CV management and encourage collaborative recruitment between each Skayl recruiter.
