Improving the candidate experience and communication

In addition to CV management, Aix-Marseille University needed tools to improve communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. We introduced an automatic e-mail feature. This uniform approach enables recruiters to use the same tool and the same language to interact with candidates. What’s more, our tool offers the ability to automatically send an acknowledgement of receipt to candidates as soon as their application is submitted, simplifying follow-up and communication for HR teams. HR teams can then easily get back in touch with candidates by e-mail or telephone, again directly from our platform!
