Website use

Beetween grants you only a personal and private authorization to view the Website and its content, excluding any public viewing or broadcasting

The reproduction authorization is granted to you only in digital form on your browsing computer, for the purpose of viewing the pages opened by your browsing software. Paper printing is authorized for private copying purposes, for the exclusive use of the copier as defined in Article L. 122-5 2° of the Intellectual Property Code.

The creation of a hyperlink on the Website is allowed without framing, linking to the address of the homepage of the site (http://www.beetween.com), excluding any other address. Any other use not expressly mentioned here is not allowed and requires the prior written explicit consent of Beetween.

You are not authorized, in particular, beyond the uses expressly granted above: to reproduce Beetween’s trademarks and logos, to create deep hyperlinks to any element of the Website other than the homepage, to use or extract in whole or in part the databases used by the Website.

Use of services

Access to certain services requires you to provide information about yourself (such as your identity or contact details) as part of the registration process for the service or in the course of your use of the services.

You acknowledge that all information provided to Beetween for the purpose of your registration will always be accurate, correct, and up-to-date. You agree to use the services only for the purposes authorized by these terms of use and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practice or guideline in the relevant jurisdictions.

You acknowledge that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms and the consequences (including any loss or damage suffered by Beetween) of such breach. The results of Beetween’s search services are information that has been identified, indexed, and compiled through an automated process without prior human verification. Given the enormous volume of information on websites that is added, deleted, and changed regularly, Beetween is unable to filter everything made available to users in its indexes.

Beetween does not guarantee that an employer or customer will request information about a candidate, offer an interview, hire a candidate, or that candidates will be available or match the needs of an employer or customer.

Warranties and liability

You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and accept that these Services are provided to you ‘as is’ and ‘subject to availability.’

In particular, Beetween does not guarantee in any way: (i) that your use of the Services will meet your requirements; (ii) that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, available at any time, secure, and free from errors; (iii) that all information obtained as a result of your use of the Services will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge and agree that Beetween’s liability cannot be invoked towards you for:

• (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, regardless of how they were caused or the liability invoked, including, without limitation, loss of profits (direct or indirect), loss of fame or reputation, loss of data that you may incur, the costs of supplying substitute goods or services, or any other non-material loss;
• (b) any loss or damage suffered by you, including, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from:
  • (i) your reliance on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any advertisement, or arising from a relationship or transaction between you and an advertiser or sponsor whose advertisement appears on the services;
  • (ii) any modifications made by Beetween to the services, or as a result of any temporary or permanent cessation of the availability of the services (or any feature of the services);
  • (iii) the deletion, corruption, or inability to store content and other communication data managed or transmitted through the services;
  • (iv) any failure on your part to accurately transmit information about your account to Beetween;

Property

You acknowledge being responsible for protecting and enforcing these rights and that Beetween has no obligation to protect or enforce these rights on your behalf.

Advertising Elements

Some Services are funded by advertising and may display advertisements or promotions. These ads may be closely related to the content of the information stored on the Services, the queries made using the Services, or other information. Beetween allows you to access and use the Services; in return, you authorize Beetween to insert these ads on the Services.

Applicable law

By using Beetween Services, you agree to the terms of use described above. Any dispute concerning the interpretation of the terms of use or the performance of the Services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts applying French law.
