  • Since 2017,
recruitment software publisher Beetween has been innovating to enable healthcare HR professionals to digitize their recruitment processes.
  • The company now supports more than 50 public and private healthcare institutions in France, taking advantage of its position as leader in digital recruitment in this sector, particularly in Brittany.
  • In 2021, the recruitment software editor Beetween unveils an innovative solution expected by recruiters and HRDs in the health sector with recruitment difficulties: CV sharing. This innovative solution allows healthcare institutions in the same region to share CVs with each other. Objectives: to boost recruitment within a region through mutual aid between establishments, and to provide an effective response to the shortage of candidates.

97% of public health institutions are experiencing recruitment difficulties

According to a study conducted by the French Hospital Federation(FHF)In a recent report by the European Commission, “97% of public health institutions were experiencing difficulties in recruiting in October 2019″,
just before the emergence of the Covid-19. (…) The positions of nurses and care assistants are particularly affected. (…) At the top of the list of explanations put forward by hospital human resources managers for these recruitment difficulties: the negative image of working conditions.”
A shortage of candidates caused by a lack of attractiveness of the sector which leads to real difficulties in recruiting.

Beetween: the digital solution that adapts to health care issues

To help healthcare institutions reverse this trend, Beetween’s teams, attentive to the needs of the field, are strengthening their already rich catalog of functionalities to optimize the recruitment of healthcare institutions by designing in 2021 the CV sharing, a system for automatically automatic transmission of CVs between establishments. This HR innovation allows hospitals in the same region to share their unsuccessful candidates who may be of interest to other hospitals. It has been implemented in Brittany, where no less than 25 hospitals are currently recruiting with Beetween. Thanks to this solution, the Breton health establishments see their pools of candidates widened and better exploited. Hospitals, EPSMs and other EHPADs thus have a better chance of finding the right talent, and candidates of finding a job in their region.

Piles of CVs several metres high were accumulating on the premises, and there was no classification system to make proper use of this data. The ads multiposting and the centralisation of applications on the Beetween platform allows the University Hospital to save time throughout the recruitment process.
