Founded in 2007, Beetween was originally a recruitment firm. Very quickly, its co-founders realized the difficulties encountered by their customers.

Philippe de Rosnay
Course
Philippe spent the first 8 years of his career in a Banking-Finance environment:
For BNP, Société Générale and then Exane, he was responsible for managing financial IT programs for trading rooms. It is in particular at Exane that he distinguished himself by creating “from scratch” a large team in charge of IT production in the particularly demanding environment of financial markets.
Very creative, Philippe then decided to innovate and successfully developed an original offer: a tool at the service of independent consultants or freelancers. For this occasion, he created the company Missioneo in partnership with the leader of the wage portage. This experience in recruitment and interim management gave him new ideas and it was after selling Missioneo in 2007 that Philippe de Rosnay created Beetween, a recruitment agency.
A new platform to digitalize recruitment
In order to facilitate the multi-distribution and management of job offers, then the management of applications and the follow-up of candidates, he developed, with his IT team, a SaaS recruitment software which is today the flagship product of Beetween.
This digital recruitment platform is currently marketed to 3000 recruiters. She relies directly on the experience of the Beetween recruitment firm and regularly improves her skills, particularly through professional training delivered to her clients. Today at the head of Beetween, Philippe de Rosnay manages a team in Paris and one in Rennes. It does not hesitate to enter into direct contact with recruiters to offer them an ever more innovative offer adapted to their needs.
Christophe Dacre-Wright
With an engineering background, Christophe spent the first twelve years of his career at GL Trade, a software publisher that was a pioneer in trading solutions for the Trading Rooms. The digitization of stock market order placement accelerated GL Trade’s growth and Christophe quickly became CEO of Southern Europe and then a few years later Deputy CEO of GL Trade in the United States. Christophe actively participates in the company’s growth: internationally by creating 7 subsidiaries, by actively participating in the development strategy, and also in external growth.
In 2007, he took over the management of an American software company and founded with Philippe de Rosnay the recruitment firm Beetween.
Back in France, while accompanying the transformation of Beetween from a recruitment firm to a software company, Christophe carries out several missions for software companies in the Payment industry, then contributes between 2017 and the summer of 2021 to the rise of the IoT (Internet Of Things) environment at Veolia.
Christophe will join Beetween in September 2021 to contribute to the company’s strong growth and internationalization.
